Delete Account Request

Steps to delete your account:

To delete your account created using Chakkizza - Fresh Flour / Atta mobile app

Please send an email to [email protected] from your registered email id mentioning registered phone number and reason to delete the account.

Your account will be deleted within 30 business days from the day of receiving the request and you will be notified on your registered email once the process is done. Once the account is deleted you will no longer be able to use the app and get signed out automatically.

Please note deleting account will :
● Delete your account from Chakkizza
● Cancel pending orders
● Surrender your membership
● Delete your referral code
● reset your Chakkizza wallet balance if any

The data collected while creating your account such as mobile number, email, addresses etc will be deleted permanently.

If you want to create your account once again simply sign up using your mobile number.
